In February, Young India Fellows started a Mentorship Programme for the students of VIII, IX, X and XII. It is a unique program in which different people from various walks of life are assigned as mentors to each student based on his aspirations and interests. The objective is to mentor these kids in a positive way which could make a profound difference in their lives. The mentors actively share their knowledge and experiences over a telephonic conversation once a week. The children share their thoughts, career related dilemmas, successes, failures with their mentors who guide them in all areas of their lives.
